ARTHUR KWOK · FOUNDER
Experience that crosses the table.
Arthur began his career on Wall Street in investment banking and equity research. He later held finance leadership roles at WeWork across the United States, Canada and Israel, then ran finance for venture-backed startups.
His perspective extends beyond financial models. Arthur has hands-on experience in real estate, lending and marketing, founded a marketing agency and created @smbdealinsider, a platform helping people learn how to buy a business.
At Cove Spring Advisors, he brings those disciplines together to help owners navigate one of the most important transitions in their professional lives.
THE NAME
A name carried from one coast to another.
Arthur grew up in Orange County, California, where the sheltered water and rugged bluffs of Crystal Cove were part of the landscape he grew up with. Years later he made his home in Austin, where the clear, spring-fed water of Barton Springs has long been the city's quiet center.
The name borrows from both. The shelter of a cove and the steady clarity of a spring reflect how we work with owners: a safe harbor during a major transition, and clear water ahead.
